Do you charge for a quote?
No. Quotes are free and there’s no obligation. I’ll explain what the work involves and what it will cost before anything starts. For larger jobs I may need a quick look at the property first.
Do you cover my area?
I cover Southampton, Eastleigh, the Solent corridor, the New Forest, Salisbury, Andover, Portsmouth and the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole area. If you’re just outside, it’s still worth asking.
Do you work with landlords and letting agents?
Yes — a good share of my work is landlord certificates and EICRs for rental properties and portfolios. I’m used to working around tenants and letting agents.
Will I get certification for the work?
Yes. I test the work on completion and you get the appropriate certification for the job.
Is Firefly insured?
