How I work
I quote the job, I do the job, and I test and certificate it when it is finished. There is no office in between. If you ring the number on this site during the day, you are ringing me.
Most of what I do is domestic and landlord work across Hampshire and into east Dorset — fuse board replacements, EICRs and safety certificates, rewires, fault finding, extra sockets and lighting, and the general run of things that stop working in a house. I take on commercial work too, usually smaller premises where the owner wants one person who turns up.
What you can expect
A price before I start, in writing, with no obligation to go ahead. If I find something while I am there that changes the price, I tell you before I do it rather than after.
I will not pad a quote with work you do not need. If a board is fine, I will say it is fine. If something genuinely needs doing, I will explain why in plain English and you can decide.

Firefly Energy Ltd is registered in England and Wales, company number 13809027. I am NAPIT registered — registration details available on request — and fully insured. Work is tested on completion and you get the appropriate certification for the job.
