How far I travel
I am based in Eastleigh, so Southampton, Eastleigh and the towns between them are my day-to-day patch. From there I work out along the Solent towards Fareham, west into the New Forest and the Waterside, north to Romsey and Winchester, and down into the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole area.
The list below is the areas I am asked about most. It is not a boundary. If you are a little outside it, ask anyway — for a bigger job the travel matters less than you would think, and if it genuinely is not worth my while coming to you, I will say so rather than quote you a silly price.
What I take on
The same work everywhere I go: fuse board replacements, EICRs and landlord certificates, rewires, fault finding, extra sockets and lighting, EV chargers, and smaller commercial premises. Older housing and rental stock make up a good share of it.

Questions
Questions about coverage
Do you charge for travel?
Not separately. Travel is priced into the quote, which is why a job further out sometimes costs a little more. You see the price before you commit either way.
I am just outside your area. Is it worth asking?
Usually, yes — especially for a full day’s work like a fuse board or a rewire. The worst that happens is I tell you it is not practical.
Do you cover my village if it is not listed?
Very likely. The list is the places I am asked about most, not a boundary. Ring me and I will tell you straight away.
Not sure if I cover you?
Ask me. It takes a minute and I will tell you honestly.
